Some info about the CD - May 22, 2009

Taming the Wild OxIf you're into the lyrics and the story behind "The Year of the Ox", the lyrics are up in the music section here on the website. There is a bit of a story to it.

The title song "The Year of the Ox" was spawned by a placemat that depicted the animals of the Chinese Zodiac. That prompted research into some deeper Eastern philosophy and led to the discovery of these sacred "Ox Herding Pictures":

The story of the album is loosely based on these pictures as they apply to taming one's mind, which is certainly a challenge!

Just a little tidbit for those of you who are interested the lyrical aspect!

We can't thank you enough for all the kind words and support!
